The present Act applies to private managed forest land other than land that is in a tree farm licence area, a woodlot licence area or a community forest agreement area. Section 4 decrees that the Private Managed Forest Land Council is established as a corporation consisting of the members appointed under section 6.

Article 69 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Separation distance shall ensure non-proliferation of fires from forest species in forest areas (forest parks) to edifices and constructions located: (a) outside forest area (forest park); (b) within forest area (forest park); and (c) from forest species outside forest area (forest park) to edifices and constructions”.
The purpose of the present Law is to safeguard the public interest on the occasion of the transfer of land or parts thereof, taking into account the need to comply with the principles of a sustainable protection of the environment, nature and landscape.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to land and forestry in Carinthia. Article 1 establishes that the subdivision of forestry land is prohibited if requirements for a proper forest management are no longer complied with.
The purpose of the present Law is to promote agriculture and forestry in such a way as to fulfil within the global economy their basic functions for the general well-being. The tasks of agriculture and forestry are, inter alia, the production of healthy food in sufficient quantities as well as the organization and maintenance of nature and recreational space.
This Law, consisting of 21 articles, creates the National Granting System of lands for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoril purpose, called «Bolsa de terras». This Law applies to rural lands according to their registration and subject to the legislation regulating the ownership transfer of goods.
This Law approves fiscal benefits to the use of agricultural, forestry and silvopastoril lands and to the promotion of the «Bolsa de terras». In particular, this Law establishes tax reductions aimed at stimulating the National Granting System of lands, amending the Fee Regulation for Land Registration, approved by Decree-Law No. 322-A/2001 of 14 December.
