The present Regulations are made under section 19 of the Northwest Territories Lands Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to dredging activities. Section 2 establishes that the Minister may issue to an applicant a lease granting the exclusive right to dredge for minerals in the submerged bed of a river. The text - consisting of 17 sections - deals with the following aspects: leases, fees, royalties. One Schedule laying down the amount fees charged is enclosed.

This Notification made by the Minister of Lands and Resettlement in terms of section 39 of the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, 1995, sets out number, location and description of farming units offered for allotment and invites, applications for the allotment of the farming units offered for allotment. Applications must be made in the manner stated in the Schedule. The Notice sets out minimum qualifications required to qualify of applicants.

These Regulations amend the Commonhold Regulations 2004 in relation with the memorandum of association and the articles of association of commonhold associations. These amendments are a consequence of modifications in UK company law.

The Governor shall appoint a Commission to deal with concessions confirmed by the Chief Court. Any concession or grant on land conferring any of the rights listed in article 4 shall be suspended until further notification is made according to the provisions of this Act.

This Act provides with respect to administration of estates left by deceased persons. It concerns, among other things, devolution of property on personal representative, powers of executors, rights and liabilities of administrator and duty of personal representative, procedures for grants of probate and administration, administration of assets, distribution of residuary estate.

This Decree provides for land use planning and plans; land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement in case of land recovery by the State; land prices and land rent rates; order of, and procedures for land recovery, allocation and lease; issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of house and other assets attached to land, and land use duration extension; and for land development funds.The Decree specifies the contents of land use planning at the national, provincial, district and commune level.

This Act provides for the registration of land and establishes for this purpose a Land Registration Authority.The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be managed by a Board of Directors. The Authority shall: (a) provide a legal framework for the people of the Marshall Islands to voluntarily register their interests in land in order to produce certainty regarding the identity of the legal owners of land and interests in land; (b) provide standards and criteria for land leases; and (c) maintain and keep public records of land and land transactions.

These Rules amend the Lands (Consents) (Fees) Rules in rule 2 which specifies fees to be charged for any consents applied for and given by the Commissioner of Lands.

The scope of this Act is to protect and develop cultivation of arable lands with specific regard to requirements of environment protection and to safeguard and enhance profitable farming.Agricultural properties shall be subject to conditions of farming as specified in the present Act (sect. 2). Agricultural properties shall be real property registered as such in the register ("matrikle"). The Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may undertake the classification of agricultural land for purposes of registration and use (sect. 3a).

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for decision-making related to expropriation of land for public needs”.

The purpose of this Act, consisting of 5 Parts and two Schedules, is to administer Crown pastoral land and to establish a system for reviewing the tenure of Crown land.The Act lays down provisions for pastoral leases and occupation licences, and for the management of reviewable land. The text also specifies duties and powers of the Minister of Conservation which may approve proposals and plans for the designation of land to be restored to or retained in full Crown ownership and control as conservation areas, reserves, etc.
