This Land Law, consisting of 14 Chapters, divided into 223 articles, establishes the legal regime for land management, in particular for constitution, exercise, modification, transmission and extinction of the right of land use and exploitation within the State of the Special Administrative Region of Macau, (called RAEM).

These Rules, made under the Agriculture Act, concern land settlement and land allotment. The Land Development and Settlement Board shall administer: (a) the Tenant Farming Scheme; and (b) the Assisted Ownership Scheme. An application for participation in an approved settlement scheme shall be made in the form specified in the First Schedule to these Rules. Applicants shall meet certain requirements to be able to participate in a scheme. As for the Tenant Farming Scheme, the Board may allot land and grant leases to tenant farmers selected by the Board in accordance with these Rules.

The purpose of this Regulation is to preserve the scenic value of outdoor recreational terrains in areas rich with wildlife within Oslo. The boundaries of the outdoor area is shown in map at a scale of 1:12 500 of September 2013. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest. Administrative authorities may grant permission to create paths and trails, ensure sport activities do not conflict with conservation objectives, forest management initiatives in certain sub-areas should develop a more friendly forest area in line with conservation objectives.

Samoa Trust Estates Corporation Act 1977.

This Act continues the Samoa Trust Estates Corporation. The functions of the Corporation shall include: (a) to control, manage, and develop as trustee for and on behalf of the people of Samoa: (i) the assets of the Corporation vested in it; and (ii) any other assets that the Corporation may have acquired or may acquire, whether real or personal, and (b) to ensure the efficient and prudent agricultural, horticultural, pastoral, industrial, commercial or other development of its lands, assets and other enterprises.

Land Titles (Fees) (Land Registration Court) Rules (Cap. 282).

These Rules, made under the Land Titles Act, specify in the Schedule fees which may be levied by the Land Registration Court in respect of the several matters and proceedings mentioned in the Schedule. The Minister may authorize the Recorder of Titles to remit any fees in any particular case.

Land Titles (Forms) Rules (Cap. 282).

These Rules prescribe forms in addition to those in the Third Schedule to the Land Titles Act. They also prescribe fees payable in all matters connected with the Forms and prescribe that the forms shall be used in all cases under Part II of the Act.

Application of Act under Section 2

This Notice, made under section 2 of the Land Titles Act, specifies the areas of Kenya to which the provisions of the Act shall apply. Section 2 stipulates that the President may, by Proclamation, apply this Act to any district, area or place in Kenya.

Government Lands for Non-payment of Rent Regulations, 2005 (Cap. 280).

These Regulations establish the rate of interest for late payment of land rent under section 75(1) of the Act in one per cent per month or part thereof to be charged on the amount of land rent unpaid or remaining unpaid for the due year (excluding any penalties which would have been added from previous years) for more than one month after the due date until the full amount is recovered.

Land Consolidation Regulations (Cap. 283).

These Regulations, made under the Land Consolidation Act, specify, in the Schedule, fees to be paid by each landowner whose name is contained in a Consolidation Register in respect of any consolidation area or section in any district specified in the first column of the Schedule. The Regulations also stipulate that no fee shall be refunded except by order of the Chief Land Registrar.

La presente Resolución aprueba los Procedimientos para la transferencia e inscripción de predios estatales requeridos para la ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura, que serán transferidos a título gratuito y automáticamente al sector, gobierno regional o gobierno local al cual pertenece el proyecto, en la oportunidad que estos lo señalan y por el solo mérito de la resolución que emita la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales.

This Order, consisting of 3 articles and 1 Schedule, regulates the following aspects of the implemented Law for alienation, use of and control over State land as follows: Vesting of land in Government (1) The lands described in the Schedule are hereby vested in the Government free from encumbrances, and all the rights of any owner of the estate or interest in that land or his or its assigns or representatives and of any other person claiming by, from or under the owner therein shall absolutely cease.

Ley Nº 8.936 - Ley de conservación y protección de los suelos.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo relativo a: a) la conservación y control de la capacidad productiva de los suelos; b) la prevención de todo proceso de degradación de los suelos; c) la recuperación de los suelos degradados; y d) la promoción de la educación conservacionista del suelo. Estas disposiciones se aplican a todos los suelos rurales del territorio provincial, de propiedad pública o privada. En cuanto al marco constitucional, se prevé la conformación del Consejo de Protección de los Suelos (art. 4º).
