This Ministerial Decree regulates purchase and sale of agricultural land pertaining to public and private ownership. Purchase and sale of the plots of land shall be carried by owners otherwise it can be carried out by third party in accordance with notarized letter of authority. Sale of agricultural land polluted with chemicals and radioactive substances exceeding maximum allowed limits shall be prohibited. Purposeful use of agricultural land after transaction shall be preserved along with existing servitude.

The purpose of the present Act is: a) to enable First Nations and aboriginal communities on the east side of Lake Winnipeg to engage in land use and resource management planning for designated areas of Crown land that they have traditionally used; and b) to provide designated areas of Crown land on the east side of Lake Winnipeg with special protection from development and other activities that might occur on that land.

This Act sets out the procedures for the acquisition of land by the State for public purposes. The Minister may, by Statutory Instrument, make a declaration to the effect that specified land is required by the Government for a public purpose. Appeal may be had against an award of compensation made by an assessment officer. The Act also provides for temporary occupation of waste or arable land for public purpose.

The present Regulation enacts the Public Lands Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the issue of camping permits to residents and non-residents. The text consists of 5 sections and 1 Schedule.

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors is continued as a corporation without share capital under the name Association of Ontario Land Surveyors. The principal object of the Association is to regulate the practice of professional land surveying and to govern its members and holders of certificates of authorization in accordance with this Act and other Regulations in order that the public interest may be served and protected. The present Act lays down provisions relating to the clarification of land titles. Part I deals with land titles clarification areas. Section 3 establishes that where the residents of an area of a municipality are in necessitous circumstances as a result of lack of property development in the area and where there appears to be confusion as to the ownership of land, the Governor in Council may designate the area as a land titles clarification area.

This Order establishes that in case of allotment of a plot of land in ownership or tenancy documents of entitlement for the land plot shall be: (a) land ownership certificate; (b) open-ended land tenancy certificate; (c) provisional land tenancy certificate or lease contract; and (d) private land ownership certificate. Private land ownership certificate shall be issued to natural and legal persons that have been allotted in ownership smallholding, land plots for housing construction, including plots of state and municipal land purchased through tenders.

La presente Ley crea la Autoridad Nacional de Administración de Tierras, que unifica las competencias de la Dirección general de Catastro, la Dirección Nacional de Reforma Agraria, el Programa nacional de administración de tierras y el Instituto Geográfico Nacional Tommy Guardia, con la finalidad de que regule y asegure el cumplimiento y aplicación de las políticas, leyes y reglamentos en materia de tierras y demás bienes inmuebles.

This Act makes provision with respect to development of land in Montserrat and for these purposes establishes the Montserrat Land Development Authority. The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall encourage and secure the efficient and economic utilization of land vested in it or acquired by it in the interest of the people of Montserrat. The Authority shall develop land for agricultural settlement schemes in any area designated by the Governor in Council under section 18 of this Act.

This Act provides rules relative to lease of Crown lands, i.e. Crown land of the Commonwealth in respect of which the Administrator is authorized by the Minister to make grants or other dispositions, and deal with in accordance with this Act, on behalf of the Minister. The Administrator may grant a lease of unleased Crown land to an applicant for a lease.

This Act makes provision for the registration of title in land and defines effects of registration of title. The Act also provides other rules relative to dealings in land. Land in respect of which title has been registered under this Act may not be transferred, mortgaged, leased or otherwise dealt with, and an instrument that purports to deal with such land shall not be registered, except in accordance with this Act. Rights in land shall be registered with the Registrar of Titles of Norfolk Island.
