La presente Resolución prohíbe todo acto de invasión de tierras estatales dadas en usufructo o adjudicadas a las organizaciones campesinas, así como los traspasos de derechos posesorios sobre tierras adjudicadas a título gratuito.

The present Law determines general legal and economic principles of the establishment and functioning of free economic zones, regulates the relations between the subjects of economic activity operating on the territory of a free economic zone. The Law aims at ensuring the development of the regional economic and scientific-technical potential with the involvement of foreign investors and subjects of economic activity from the private sector of economy.

This Decision of the Minister of Finance provides for issuing the Regulation on rents applicable to foreign investors who rent land, or water expanses or sea areas in order to conduct their operations (agricultural, infrastructure etc. etc.) Rent Coefficients shall be calculated for urban, non urban land, water( meaning river and lakes) and sea on specific parameters.

The Directive aims at preventing illegal expropriation, misuse or abuse of land and mismanagement of land rent, by ordering and providing for an inventory of all organizations and individuals that have been assigned land by the State or are directly managing and using land; those same organizations or individuals are compelled to provide the competent Authorities with the total land area measurements, the use they are doing of that land and to comply with land lease payment.

The present Law provides for the institution of the regional administration in all the territory of Indonesia. Provisions concern also rural and urban areas in terms of land use planning as part of the regional authorities' responsibilities.

The Government, for the purpose of stimulation of carrying out arrangements for protection and reproduction of wildlife species by the hunters at their own expenses, recommends regional executive bodies to concede to the hunters hunting grounds for hunting management for a period of not less than 25 years; to concede to the hunting associations free-of-charge out of the stock of public land and state stock of forest plots of land and hayfields calculated in proportion of 1 hectare for 10 thousand hectares of allotted hunting grounds; to issue to the hunters permits (licences) free-of-charge

El presente Decreto Ley establece la norma para la adjudicación definitiva de tierras municipales de las ciudades, villas y pueblos de campaña, poseídos sin títulos por los particulares con la antigüedad establecida por ley.

The stock of land in accordance with its destination is subdivided into the following categories: 1) agricultural land; 2) urban land; 3) industrial land; 4) land of protected areas; 5) forest land; 6) water land; 7) reserve land. The document consists of 5 Sections composed of 21 Chapters that contain 170 articles. Section 1 (Chapters 1-2) lays down general provisions. Chapter 1 (arts. 1-12) lays down general provisions. Chapter 2 (arts. 13-19) establishes competence of state institutions in the field of land relations.

This Act establishes the Guyana Lands and Survey Commission as a body corporate. The Commission shall be the successor to the Lands and Surveys Department.

Le présent décret fixe les conditions et les modalités de reprise des terres agricoles du domaine national intégrées dans un secteur urbanisable, en vertu des instruments d'urbanismes approuvés conformément à la législation en vigueur. La reprise par l'Etat de ces terres est subordonnée à la constitution par l'administration technique d'un dossier qui sera soumis pour examen a la commission prévue à l'atricle 3 de ce même décret.

The Decision provides for planning, management and conservation of the natural resources in Vietnam, through the educational, economical, institutional and environmental improvement and innovations. Main objectives of the Action Plan shall be land management and conservation, the up-dating of cadastre and an improvement of the land use rights; water resources both surface, ground and rainwater proper use and management, definition and of mineral resources.

This Act, consisting of three Parts completed by eight Schedules, provides for the transfer of certain lands, including certain state forests, to the national park estate or to aboriginal ownership. The borders of the areas transferred are indicated in the schedules attached to the Act.
