El presente Acuerdo modifica el Procedimiento para la adjudicación de tierras del patrimonio forestal del Estado y bosques y vegetación protectores, en lo relacionado con la distinción entre las tierras adjudicadas que corresponden al Patrimonio Forestal del Estado, que quedan deslindadas de dicho Patrimonio, y aquellas que corresponden a los bosques y vegetación protectores que cambiarán únicamente de dominio y seguirán formando parte del mismo bosque y vegetación protector.

This Act makes provision the establishment and functioning of regional councils. In addition to the powers conferred upon a regional council by Article 108 of the Namibian Constitution it shall, among other things, undertake planning functions and establish, manage and control settlement areas. Communal assets of a settlement area shall vest in the regional council who declared the area.

This Act concerns rules for public procurement and the disposal of assets and arrangement for the execution and maintenance of works of public interest. Such arrangement involves the mobilisation of private sector resources for the purpose of public financing, construction, operation and maintenance of development projects or concessioning and includes financing by Build Own Operate (BOO), Build Own Transfer (BOT), Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) and Public Private Partnership (PPP).

The lands described in the Schedules are designated as conservation reserves with the purpose of protecting natural heritage areas and natural features on public land and preserving traditional public land uses including wildlife viewing, hunting, fishing, walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and boating. Furthermore, Land within a conservation reserve shall not be used for mining, commercial forest harvest, hydro-electric power development, the extraction of aggregate and peat or other industrial uses. The text consists of 2 sections and 292 Schedules.

The Act is divided into six Parts as follows: Preamble (1); Ownership (2), divided into the following chapters: General rules (I), State ownership (II), Cooperative ownership (III), Private ownership (IV), Special rules concerning acquisition of land; Use of Land (3), divided into the following chapters: Joint use with a farmers' agricultural cooperative (VII), Indemnification in case of certain rights of use of public interest. Part 4 deals with the exchange of land (X), Land/estate reallocation (XI).

This Law, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes the legal regime for the land regulation regarding the rural public lands and occupied territories within the area of the Legal Amazonas. It concerns the different uses of land within the above mentioned area, such as: concession, possession, free land use, etc. This Law is divided as follows: General Provisions (Chap. I); Land Regulation in Rural Area (Chap. II); Land Regulation in Urban Area (Chap. III); Final Provisions (Chap. IV).

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the strengthening of the agricultural competitiveness, the balanced development of the national economy, and the preservation of national land through the stabilization of farmers' agricultural management and the improvement of agricultural productivity, by stipulating necessary matters for the ownership, utilization, preservation, etc.

These Regulations aim to protect, construct and utilize rationally grasslands, improve the ecological environment, maintain the biodiversity, develop modern animal husbandry, and promote the sustainable development of economy and society.

This Chapter of Division 2 of the Fish and Game Code of California concern management of Department-managed lands, i.e. includes lands, or lands and water, acquired for public shooting grounds, state marine (estuarine) recreational management areas, ecological reserves, and wildlife management areas. The Department may enter into contracts or other agreements for the management and operation of department-managed lands with non-profit conservation groups.

The Act concerns local government in Wales. It mainly concerns reform (merger) of local authorities in Wales and amends existing legislative provision in the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 and the Local Government (Democracy) (Wales) Act 2013. This Act makes provision for, and in connection with, the merger of two or more existing principal areas into a single new principal area, with a new principal local authority.
