Regulation on the content and elaboration of the documentation for the formation of real estate objects regulates the content and method of developing cadastral documentation for the formation of land plots irrespective of their specific uses, the absence or presence of constructions thereon, the formation of buildings and isolated premises, regardless of the type of property, as well as the formation of land plots of public property.

These Regulations provide for selected matters relative to registration of applications and notices under the Land (Group Representatives) Act. This Regulation prescribe the methods, form and content, data collection and official records delivery rules regarding the agricultural land present on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely classified by: cadastral cultures and cadastral classes; surface and purpose for which uses change; land consolidated surfaces; hydro-ameliorated surfaces; ownership structure; uncultivated, abandoned and mined areas; and surfaces used, managed and/or disposed by a legal entity.The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
