The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Geo-Data Infrastructure Law of 15 December 2009. ). In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the competent authority in Hamburg responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act is the Urban Development and Environment Office.

This Provisional Instruction establishes administrative liability for the infringement of land legislation (legislative provisions related to land tenure, land survey and land cadastre). It shall be applicable to all natural and legal persons, including businesses with foreign investments, which are owners, tenants or leaseholders of plots of land. Administrative liability shall be applicable within two months from the date of commission of the offence and, in case of persistent violations within two months from the date of disclosure thereof.
The objectives of these Regulations are to provide standards for the quality of and information required for instruments to be lodged with the Registrar for registration for which forms have not been approved under section 121 of the Transfer of Land Act 1958; and to specify requirements for applications for approval of forms under section 121 of the Act. The prescribed forms are reported in Schedule 2 attached to the Regulations.

These Regulations amend the Land Title Registration Regulations 1986 (L.I. 1341) in relation with fees for the registration of a mortgage or charge to secure future advances and for application of first registration of land and registration of land previously registered under the Land Registry Act, 1962 (Act 122). Furthermore, in various regulations the words “Part VIII of” are deleted.

This Decree, consisting of 5 Chapters, approves the Regulation of the Legal Regime of Land Registry (RRJCP), established by Decree-Law No. 29/2009. It aims at the fulfilling the objectives related to the univocal identification of buildings, by assigning a unique identification number of common use by the whole Public Administration, enabling the creation of single property information, unifying, in a single information system, the existing registration information, allowing the digital management of the registration.
This Act sets conditions for the exercise of land survey activities. In order to fulfill this capacity, a person must be of legal age, is not under bankruptcy, has passed the Danish surveyor exam and has at least 3 years’ experience following the surveying exam, and has participated in the commonly occurring cadastral works by recruitment from a practicing surveyor – either by Survey and Cadastre Authority of the Jutland department or cadastral authority in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality.
