Implementation Measures of Gansu Province on the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China.

The Measures are formulated according to the Land Administration Law and its implementing regulations. The Land Administration Law shall regulate the right of use the state owned land or the collective land. The right of uses the forestry or grassland should be regulated according to the Forestry Law or the Grassland Law. The province shall implement a registration system in accordance with the Law, the use of state owned land must apply for the certificate of state owned land use. The local government shall compile the comprehensive land use plans.

These Regulations are formulated in order to execute the national primary policy of the rational utilization of land and protecting the farmland, carry out the restriction of land use, to control the total amount of land use for construction. Conversion of land from agriculture use to construction use is strictly controlled. The province shall implement a registration system in accordance with the Law. The local government shall compile the comprehensive land use plans.

This Federal Law establishes the legal basis for the activity in the field of designation and renaming of geographical objects and normalization, use, registration, and maintenance of the naming of geographical objects as part of historical and cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation. The document consists of 14 Articles. Article 1 introduces the main notions. Article 2 specifies national legislation in the field of denomination of geographical objects. Article 3 determines the sphere of application of this Federal Law.

This Federal Law consists of V Sections that contain 26 Articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II establishes the competence of the Federal Executive Bodies, Regional Executive Bodies and local administration in the field of carrying out activity as regards keeping up of land cadastre. Section III determines data composition and the list of documents that make part of land cadastre. Section IV establishes the modalities of keeping up of state land cadastre. Section V lays down the conclusive provisions.

Cette loi porte mise à jour des titres fonciers, qui sera effectuée suivant les procédures prescrites par le code des droits réels. Sont soumis aux procédures de la mise à jour tous les titres fonciers, à l'exception de ceux créés en exécution des jugements ordonnant l'immatriculation après l'entrée en vigueur de la loi nº 98-30; ces procédures sont appliquées par le tribunal immobilier, seul organisme compétent et qui connaît de la situation juridique et matérielle des immeubles immatriculés.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the modalities of cadastre subdivision of the national territory for the purpose of keeping up of state land cadastre and assignation of cadastre number to the plots of land. In accordance with this Regulation all the territory of the Russian Federation, including the territories of all regions, inland waters and territorial sea, is subdivided into cadastre districts.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. In accordance with this Regulation the concession of information regards only state land cadastre data open for general use. This Regulation does not cover state land cadastre data of limited access. The Federal Land Cadastre and its territorial branches concede state land cadastre information. In order to obtain information as regards a single plot of land its cadastre number must be specified and in case of its absence its location (address orientation) must be specified.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the practice of land surveying for the protection of the public and administration of the profession. Section 6 establishes that the Association of Manitoba Land Surveyors is continued as a body corporate. The purpose of the association is to: a) uphold and protect the public interest in the delivery of land surveying services by ensuring the competence, integrity and independence of its members; and b) act in the public interest in matters affecting the protection, viability and security of the land tenure system in Manitoba.
