Native Title (Indigenous Land Use Agreements) Regulations 1998 (S.R. No. 286 of 1998).

These Regulations make provision for the registration of native title agreements as foreseen by the Native Title Act. Three kinds of agreements can be registered: Body Corporate Agreements (reg. 4); Area Agreements (reg. 5); and Alternative Procedure Agreements (reg. 6). Requirements relative to docements by the party and information relative to the parties and the agreement are specified in those regulations.

Ministerial Decree No. 451 validating the Regulation on the Federal Registration Service.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Federal Registration Service shall be the federal executive body responsible for state registration of immovable property and related transactions. The Federal Registration Service shall register such property in accordance with the related provisions of Russian legislation. It shall keep a unified state register of rights to immovable property and grant access to the information therein.

By this Decree, legislative acts such as the list of national forest inventory, the methods of economic valuation of forests and the state forest cadastre have been approved. The Regulation on state forest cadastre aims at registration of the forest fund for ecological, economic, quantitative and qualitative assessment. This Regulation sets out the duties and responsibilities of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources while carrying out state forest cadastre.

Regional Law No. 313-PK “On decision-making related to inclusion of land plots in the category of urban land”.

This Regional Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of inclusion of land plots in the category of urban land or exclusion of the plots of land from this category. The person concerned shall submit to local government application and cadastre registration of land plot for which in requested inclusion in (or exclusion from) the category of urban land. The decision shall be legalized in the form of Regional Decree issued by the Regional Government.

The Tea Controller appointed under this Act shall maintain under section 2 registers of estates and a register of smallholdings for purposes of this Act. Section 6 provides for the registration of tea manufacturers. No person shall manufacture made tea except in a registered factory (sect. 9). Section 11A requires tea planters and manufacturers of made tea to observe "required standards" established by the Controller. Section 11 C lists all matters to be taken into consideration by the Controller in determining require standards.

These Regulations amend the Registration (Strata Titles) Regulations in relation with application to the Commission of Strata Corporations by a corporation for first registration pursuant to section 4(4) of the Act and renewal of registration, and (application for) waiver or reduction of the prescribed fees pursuant to section 4A of the Act. They amend the First Schedule by adding various forms and insert a Second Schedule.

A Development Control Authority is established as a body corporate under section 5.

The scope of this Act is to protect and develop cultivation of arable lands with specific regard to requirements of environment protection and to safeguard and enhance profitable farming.Agricultural properties shall be subject to conditions of farming as specified in the present Act. Agricultural properties shall be real property registered as such in the register ("matrikle"). The Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may undertake the classification of agricultural land for purposes of registration and use.
