The amendment of the Fertilizing Substances Act concern some minor and technical corrections of the reduction norms, forfeit rules and mineral levies in the framework of the fertilizing substances production arrangement and some changes regarding the fertilizing substances disposal agreements.

These Regulations determine the conditions, order, responsibilities and obligations of the state, municipal bodies, physical persons, etc. in implementing the Law for protection of agricultural lands. The Regulations are divided into 9 Chapters, and transitional and concluding provisions. Chapter 1 sets out general provisions. Chapter 2 provides for rights and obligations of individuals and specialised state bodies for the protection of agricultural lands from damage. Chapter 3 provides for the restoration and improvement of the productive quality of agricultural lands.

The objectives of contractual land assignment are to use land and forest resources in order to raise production and business efficiency of State-run agricultural or forestry farms, to create more jobs and increase incomes, etc.

This Act makes provision, in 22 Chapters, for the management and conservation of forest resources of Liberia, defines ownership rights and other rights in forests, provides for the protection of the environment and wildlife in forests, regulates the trade in forest products and provides for various other matters relative to forestry and wildlife.Chapter 2 defines rights in forest resources in Liberia and grants the right to the Forestry Development Authority to lease out forestry land.

These Regulations make provision for the control of activities on public beaches in the sense of the Beach Control Act. The holding of a public gathering on a beach shall be subject to authorization by the Beach Control Authority. Other rules concern swimming and use of boats in the sea adjacent to a public beach, disturbing or damaging of flora and fauna on beaches, pollution, erecting of structures, etc.

This Act provides for the management of land and natural resources in the county of Finnmark. This shall be done in a balanced and ecologically sustainable manner for the benefit of the residents of the county and particularly as so as to enhance Sami culture, reindeer husbandry, use of non-cultivated areas, commercial activity and social life. The Act shall apply to real property and watercourses with natural resources in the county of Finnmark. On the shoreline, the Act shall apply as far out to sea as private right of ownership extends.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry is composed of four paragraphs. A forest or land designated for afforestation can be purchased in the following cases: the forest or land is directly adjacent to lands managed by the National Forests; there is no common ownership; the field forest border has been regulated. Other immovables can be purchased as long as it is justified by needs of forest management run by organizational units.

El presente Decreto declara Areas de Usos Preferentes Específicos los espacios que conforman el borde costero del litoral de la IV Región de Coquimbo, de acuerdo con las definiciones y lineamientos que se especifican en el artículo 1º. Quedan comprendidos en la zonificación las playas y terrenos de playa fiscales, las bahías y el mar territorial.

These Rules, for purposes of preventing erosion of the soil, place restrictions on the cultivation of land, the cutting of vegetation and the grazing of livestock on slopes exceeding a specified degree and near to watercourses. Exemptions may be granted by the Director of Agriculture, a provincial agricultural officer, a district agricultural committee or any authorized officer. Persons shall follow orders of authorized officers regarding the flow of water and no person shall obstruct the flow of run-off water.
