Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of identification of a burial ground of victims of mass repressions local government must submit to the regional executive body application for insertion of this site having the characteristics of an object of cultural heritage for insertion in the state register, accompanied by the description of its historic and cultural value and mapping of the area”.

Law No. 78/2017 creating a simplified cadastral information system.

This Law, consisting of 34 articles divided into four Chapters, creates a simplified cadastral information system. It adopts measures for the immediate identification of the land structure and the ownership of the rural and mixed lands. In addition, it creates: a) Geo-referenced graphical representation procedure; b) Special procedure of registration of rural and mixed lands omitted; c) Procedure of identification and registration of a land with no owner. The land has a unique identifier, called the land identification number (NIP).

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedures for and the modalities of calculation of the amount of reimbursement of loss of agricultural commodities in the course of transfer of agricultural land to other categories of land and use of the aforesaid reimbursement for land conversion, drainage of cultivated land, soil improvement and survey work with a view of soil fertility improvement. Annex 1 contains calculation formula and rates of reimbursement.

These Requirements apply to business entities that perform land survey practices (land survey, mapping, and topographic, geodetic, cartographic, design surveys) for the purpose of drawing up land survey documentation. Land surveyors shall be provided with geodetic and computer equipment and devices in order to ensure precise and complying with established standards mapping of the territory. Copy of land survey documentation shall be submitted free of charge to the State Land Cadastre Service.
