Am Robert kiwana Yiga a lawyer by profession, Human rights activists and land Advocate,  a partner mpagi Kayongo & Co. Advocates and also an Executive Director Uganda public Rescue Foundation ( a human rights and legal aid service providers) and this organisation offer free legal aid to indigent persons in Uganda and do sensitise the community about land rights and also defend the community stakeholders being evacuated from the land through legal representation.
