I graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, Nigeria with a Doctor of Philosophy in agricultural extension and rural sociology in 2011, Master of science in 2002, and Bachelor of Agriculture in 1991 (Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology). I have worked as a community facilitator in the World Bank Project (National Fadama Development Project in Osun State, Nigeria) between 2008 and 2011. Presently, I am a senior lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension, Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. I have published many scientific papers in reputable international and local journals. I have also attended several International and local conferences where I make oral presentations on most of these conferences. I am a member of several local and international associations such as the Gender and Evaluation Society, International Sociological Association, Rural Sociological Society, USA, Canadian Sociological Association, International Society of Environmental and Rural Development, Nigeria Rural Sociological Association, and Agricultural Extension Society of Nigeria. My area of research interest includes agricultural extension communication, programme planning, and evaluation, and Rural Development
