Mike Pothier is the Programme Manager for the Southern African Catholic Bishops' Conference Parliamentary Liaison Office (CPLO). CPLO makes submissions on legislation before Parliament and organises roundtable discussions for civil society organisations and/or MPs who work together on the same pieces of legislation. CPLO provides a documentary information service and conducts research to analyse the likely effects of legislation.
