Provincial Lands Regulations (Sask. Reg. 145/68).
The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Provincial Lands Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the lease, purchase and sale of agricultural land. Crown Resource Land Regulations (R.R.S. c. P-31 Reg. 17).
The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Forest Resources Management Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to Crown resource land referred to in :a) The Forest Resources Management Act; b) The Provincial Lands Act; c) The Natural Resources Act. A licensee within the meaning of the Forest Resources Management Act shall obtain a resource land disposition to use or occupy Crown resource land for the purposes of a processing facility, camp, mill site, timber storage area, quarry, or sand and gravel pit.
Sale or Lease of Certain Lands Act (R.S.S. 1978, c. S-2).
The present Act gives the Cabinet the ability to place conditions on the transfer or lease of lands listed in a Schedule to this Act. In particular, section 1 establishes that the Act applies to the lands, being the property of Her Majesty set out in the Schedule and to any other lands belonging to Her Majesty which may from time to time be added to the Schedule by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
