This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the Agriculture Reform, the following rural properties: Fazenda Gleba Cipoal NR 02 e Fazenda São Jorge, Fazenda Gleba Cipoal NR 02, Fazenda Gleba Boca da Mata e Data, Fazenda Quatro Marcos, Fazenda Casablanca, Fazenda Santa Maria, Fazenda Bom Jesus, Fazenda Tanques, Fazenda Cabral, Fazenda Timboré. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
