The aim of the Act is to establish the principal rules in connection with the protection, preservation and planned development of the human environment for the purpose of the protection of people's health and the regular improvement of living conditions. Chapter II of the Act sets out detailed rules concerning the protection of the elements of environment, i.e.

This Order establishes that granting on lease of the plots of land located within functional areas of national parks for recreational use shall be carried out in accordance with the Federal legislation on land and protected areas. Object of lease can be the following functional areas of national parks: (a) areas of tourism and education; (b) recreational areas; and (c) tourist service areas.

This Regional Law defines the modalities of establishment of protected areas of local significance that can be set up by proposal of local government, citizens, legal persons and social associations.

El presente Acuerdo adopta medidas de intercambio de información de manera fluida, permanente y sostenible entre las entidades públicas del orden nacional y territorial que conforman el Sistema Nacional de Atención Integral a la Población Desplazada (SNAIPD), para identificar escenarios de riesgo y prevenir que se configuren eventos de desplazamiento forzado.

This Law makes minor changes in several different articles of the the Law No. 6292 on supporting the development of forest villagers, valuation of areas taken out of forest area borders on behalf of the Treasury and vending of agriculture lands owned by the Treasury and amending the Forest Law No. 6831.

This Decree aims at conservation and recovery of lands affected by radioactive and chemical contamination which pose a threat to human health and do not meet the sanitary requirements, by withdrawing them from economic circulation and transfer them to the State Reserve Fund for restoration.

This Order establishes the declaration of protected place. It specifies the place in the first column of the Schedule, Gadong Power Station 2, Kampong Gadong, Mukim Gadong, Brunei-Muara District, as described in the plan specified in the second column thereof deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, is hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act.

By this Decree, legislative acts such as the list of national forest inventory, the methods of economic valuation of forests and the state forest cadastre have been approved. The Regulation on state forest cadastre aims at registration of the forest fund for ecological, economic, quantitative and qualitative assessment.

This Law lays down several amendments and addenda to Law No. 8934 on environmental protection. In particular, it adds new definitions such as “integrated environmental permit”, “accident”, “environmental threat”, “environmental risk” , “climate change”, “clean development mechanisms”.

Por la presente Ley se establece el marco regulatorio para la instalación de parques y áreas industriales en la Provincia de Salta. Uno de los objetivos primordiales es propender a una radicación ordenada de los establecimientos industriales, en armonía con el medio ambiente y con los núcleos urbanos.

This Act prescribes measures to prevent or combat oil pollution caused to soil, water and plant and animal life by the spillage of crude oil products derived from it, including waste. A person who stores large quantities of oil shall acquire equipment and materials to combat oil pollution. The Ministry of Environment shall be the main authority for purposes of this Act.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Supreme regional executive body in the sphere of land relations shall set forth the modalities of transfer of public land to the category of protected areas of regional significance and protection thereof in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation”.
