This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992. Article 3 substitutes class 6H of Part 1A of the Schedule to the 1992 Order to provide permitted development rights for the installation, alteration or replacement of an air source heat pump on or within the curtilage of a dwelling.

This Decree sets forth provisions on land classification, cadastral information system, change in the category of agricultural land and pastures, change in the category of lands affected by radioactive and chemical contamination and degraded by natural hazards, expansion of lands in forests and protected areas, and the procedures and principles for the change in the category of land. These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Act, 2012, with respect to a variety of matters including administration of public land and private land, conversion of freehold or leasehold tenure, compulsory acquisition, settlement programmes, easements and analogous rights, and evictions from unlawfully occupied public land.The National Land Commission shall keep and maintain a data base of all public land and an inventory of land based natural resources.

This Action Plan is a nation-wide sectoral document aiming at helping the Government to maintain and improve the environment, including the marine and ocean area contained within the Exclusive Economic Zone, and to manage the resources contained therein for the collective benefit and enjoyment of present and future generations.

These Regulations make provision for the declaration, administration and management of wildlife management areas and the establishment of Community Based Organizations for such administration and management. They also provide for non-consumptive and consumptive utilisation of resources of wildlife management areas, the resolution of disputes and management of conflicts in such areas and define offences.Any village intending to designate an area as a Wildlife Management Area shall first establish a Community Based Organization in the manner prescribed under the Trustees’ Incorporation Act.

This Decree aims at compliance with sanitary and phytosanitary regulations, protection of plant species, efficient use of green areas and prevention of soil degradation.
