La présente loi porte réglementation du territoire et des constructions. L’article 1er établit que la présente loi a pour but de contribuer au développement durable de l’ensemble du canton, en veillant à garantir l’équilibre entre les besoins économiques, sociaux et environnementaux.

The Agricultural Perspective Plan (APP) is a national strategy with a cross-sectoral approach with a duration of twenty years (1995-2015). Its goal is to add two percentage points to the country’s agricultural growth which would expand per capita agricultural growth sixfold, from its current 0.5% to 3% per year. The APP strategy is based on the acceleration of the agricultural growth rate sufficiently to obtrain strong multiplier effect on growth in employment, both in agriculture itself and in nonagricultural sectors.

La Estrategia Regional Agroambiental y de Salud de Centroamérica es un instrumento estratégico adoptado en el marco del Sistema de la Integración Centroamericana (SICA). L’art. 2 abroge deux lois (Loi n° 834 du 28/12/1967 relative aux bruits troublant la tranquillité publique, Loi n° 954 du 19/04/1964 concernant la lutte contre la pollution de l’air et de l’eau), et maintient l’applicabilité en tant que besoin de leurs textes d’application non contraires au Code (jusqu’à la promulgation des textes d’application du Code).

These Regulations, consisting of 15 sections and one Schedule, regulate wardens related to Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana). These regulations are made under the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011. They provide for the appointment of wardens by a customary marine title group to promote compliance with a prohibition or restriction that applies to a protected wāhi tapu or wāhi tapu area. The Schedule deals with: Transitional, savings, and related provisions.
