These By-laws, approved by the Minister in terms of section 90 of the Rural District Councils Act, shall apply to communal and resettlement land within the Makonde Rural District Council. They allow the Makonde Rural District Council to prepare a plan for- (a) all communal or resettlement land within the Council area; or (b) any ward or combination of wards in communal and resettlement land within the Council area; or (c) any part of award or wards in communal and resettlement land within the Council area. The By-laws set out the procedure for preparation and adoption of the Plan.

This Law is enacted with a view to protecting, developing and making rational use of grasslands, improving the ecological environment, maintaining the diversity of living things, modernizing animal husbandry and promoting the sustainable development of the economy and society.The grasslands are owned by the State, with the exception of the grasslands owned by collectives as provided for by law. The State-owned grasslands may be assigned for use to the units under the ownership by the whole people and to collective economic organizations.

La presente Resolución adopta las Bases para la Gestión del territorio para usos agropecuarios y y los Lineamientos de su estrategia de planificación sectorial agropecuaria, elaborados por la Unidad de Planificación de Tierras Rurales, Adecuación de Tierras y Usos Agropecuarios (UPRA), que contiene los lineamientos conceptuales, estratégicos, instrumentalización y gestión, básicos para la formulación de la política de gestión del territorio para usos agropecuarios.

These guidelines contain principles of and rules for the management and conservation of river banks and lake shores in Uganda They define functions and duties of Environment Officers and Local Councils and the duties of landowners notably in respect of: (a) soil engineering; (b) agroforestry; (c) mulching; (d) bunding; (e) grassing; (f) control of livestock grazing; and (g) terracing. Specified activities with respect to river banks and lake shores are controlled. Government or a local government shall not lease out or otherwise alienate any river bank and lake shores.

This national Policy for the water sector in Cambodia sets out a vision, fundamental principles, current situation and policies regarding development and management of freshwater resources and water demand and supply in Cambodia. The Policy, however, also contains a Chapter on water-related hazards and one on the management of coastal and marine waters. La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto la regulación de la actividad urbanística y el régimen de utilización del suelo en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, en relación a parcelaciones urbanísticas en terrenos que tengan el régimen del suelo no urbanizable, disponiendo que el restablecimiento del orden jurídico perturbado se llevará a cabo mediante la reagrupación de las parcelas a través de una reparcelación forzosa, en la forma y en las condiciones que se determinen reglamentariamente.

The Second National Action Program to Combat Desertification is a national cross-sectoral program of Georgia for the period of 2014-2022. Its main objective is to forge a global partnership to reverse and prevent desertification and land degradation, and to mitigate the effects of drought in affected areas in order to support poverty reduction and environmental sustainability.The Program identifies key operational objectives which are used to break down the specific actions. Namely, the Operational Objective 1 entails supporting advocacy, awareness and education.

Mediante este Decreto se declara área natural protegida, con el carácter de reserva de la biosfera, la región conocida como Sierra de Tamaulipas, que se localiza en los municipios de Aldama, Casas, González, Llera y Soto La Marina, en el Estado de Tamaulipas. Las zonas núcleo y de amortiguamiento de la reserva de la biosfera Sierra de Tamaulipas, se subzonificarán en el programa de manejo, conforme a lo previsto en los artículos 47 bis y 47 bis 1 de la Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente.
