This Law approves the National Directive for Territorial Planning (DNOT). This Directive, consisting of 4 Sections, specifies the basic legislation for territorial planning and its management, as established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006. The Directive is an instrument for the National territorial management, which establishes the legal spatial framework and defines the great options for the socio-economic development of the National territory.

This Regional Law establishes that land reclamation arrangements shall be carried out with a view of raising crop productivity and yield, ensuring stable production of agricultural commodities through conservation of agro-landscapes and raising soil fertility, and also for involvement into agricultural production of low-yielding agricultural land, use of waterbodies for potable water supply, water abstraction for public water supply, fishfarming and other purposes. Planning of land reclamation arrangements shall be carried out by the authorized state body in the sphere of land reclamation.

These Regulations, made by the Member of the Executive Council of the Northern Province under 27 the Development Facilitation Act, provide procedural rules relative to the setting and reviewing land development objectives by all local government authorities in the province under supervision of the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) as provide for by Chapter IV of the Act. The drafting and adoption of land development objectives shall be done in accordance with guidelines and rules as set out by these Regulations, with special attention to public participation.

These Regulations, made by the Member of the Executive Council of the Free State Province under 27 the Development Facilitation Act, 1995, provide procedural rules relative to the setting and reviewing land development objectives by all local government bodies in the Free State Province under supervision of the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) as provide for by Chapter IV of the Act. The drafting and adoption of land development objectives shall be done in accordance with guidelines and rules as set out by these Regulations, with special attention to public participation.

These Regulations, made by the Member of the Executive Council of the Northern Province under 27 the Development Facilitation Act, 1995, provide procedural rules relative to the setting and reviewing land development objectives for each municipal area in the Mpumalanga Province under supervision of the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) as provide for by Chapter IV of the Act. The drafting and adoption of land development objectives shall be done in accordance with guidelines and rules as set out by these Regulations, with special attention to public participation.

These Regulations, made by the Member of the Executive Council of the North West Province under 37 the Development Facilitation Act, 1995, provide procedural rules relative to the setting and reviewing land development objectives by all municipalities for their area of jurisdiction in the North West province under supervision of the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) as provide for by Chapter IV of the Act.

These Regulations lay down some amendments to the Development Planning (Fees) Regulations, which concern the fees to be paid to the Malta Environment and Planning Authority in respect of applications for permission to carry out development in the areas specified.

This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, made under section 26 of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989, concerns authorization of activities as identified G.N. No. 879 that may have a detrimental effect on the environment in respect of the Pennington Sensitive Coastal Area and Umtamvuna Sensitive Coastal Area. Those activities include: disturbance of vegetation, dredging, dune stabilisation and earthworks. An application for a permit shall be made to local authorities and shall be accompanied by an environmental impact assessment.

El presente Decreto oficializa, para efectos de aplicación obligatoria, la Política Nacional de Ordenamiento Territorial 2012-2040 (PNOT), que busca integrar un marco de objetivos comunes entre una serie de actores institucionales y al mismo tiempo, constituir una guía para la planificación estratégica del territorio costarricense. El ordenamiento territorial es la expresión espacial de las políticas sociales, ambientales y económicas.

La presente Ley modifica el Texto Refundido de las Leyes de Ordenación del Territorio de Canarias y de Espacios Naturales de Canarias, en aspectos relacionados con el régimen jurídico a aplicar a las instalaciones, construcciones y edificaciones, así como a los usos ya existentes.

Enmienda: Decreto Legislativo Nº 1/2000 - Texto Refundido de las Leyes de Ordenación del Territorio de Canarias y de Espacios Naturales de Canarias. (2000-05-08)

El presente Decreto Legislativo aprueba el Texto Refundido de las Leyes de Ordenación del Territorio de Canarias y de Espacios Naturales de Canarias, que tiene por objeto en la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias: establecer el régimen jurídico general de los Espacios Naturales de Canarias; regular la actividad administrativa en materia de ordenación de los recursos naturales, territorial y urbanística; y definir el régimen jurídico urbanístico de la propiedad del suelo y vuelo, de acuerdo con su función social.
