These Rules, made by the Minister for Agriculture, upon consultation with the Central Agricultural Board under section 48 of the Agriculture Act, require farmers to establish and maintain farm forestry on at least ten percent of every agricultural land holding. One of the objectives of the Rules is to preserve and sustain the environment and combating climate change and global warming. Other declared objectives include: the conservation of water, soil and biodiversity; the protection of riverbanks, shorelines, riparian and wetland areas; and the sustainable production of wood.
Rent Restriction (Appeals) Rules (Cap. 296).
These Rules concern the filing of an appeal with the High Court brought under section 8(2) of the Rent Restriction Act and apply the Civil Procedure Rules to such appeal.

Rent Restriction Regulations (Cap. 296).
These Regulations provide that a register shall be maintained by an officer appointed for the purpose in respect of: (a) applications for the assessment of standard rent under the Rent Restriction Act; and (b) all other proceedings under the Act. They also provide with respect to applications to Rent Tribunals and the procedure to be followed by Rent Tribunals.

Physical Planning (Procurement of Physical Planning Services) Regulations, 2010 (Cap. 286).
These Regulations prescribe procedures for the preparation and adoption of physical development plans by local authorities or the Director of Physical Planning. They also contain rules for the engagement of consultants in relation to planning.

Land Disputes Tribunals (Forms and Procedure) Rules, 1993 (Cap. 303A).
These Rules concern procedures of the Tribunals established under the Land Disputes Tribunals Act, 1990 and an appeal to a Land Disputes Appeals Committee constituted under section 9 of the Act. Proceedings for the resolution of disputes may be initiated upon application or upon referral by a court.
