This Decree establishes that proposals for expropriation of public property and property of local government shall be accompanied by certification by State Land Service related to ownership of public land plots and cadastre registration thereof.
Decree No. 722 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 343 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on updating of cadastre value of immovable property.
Item 14.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information in the general list and updated list of cadastre value of immovable property shall be classified in accordance with cadastre number, type of immovable property or payer of tax on immovable property with the consideration of the request of local government”.

Law amending Law on immovable property tax.
Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Cadastre value of the object subject to application of tax on immovable property shall be established by the State Land Service in accordance with the requirements of the Law of state cadastre of immovable property and this Law”.

Law amending Law “On local government”.
Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The Law can entitle local government with the performance of autonomous functions that are not envisaged by this Law with the establishment of the corresponding additional sources of financing if such functions require increase of expenditure. Local government shall be responsible for performance of such functions and shall be responsible therefore”.

Decree No. 258 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on methodology of construction of operational protective belts around drainage systems and waterworks on agricultural land and forest land.
This Decree establishes the methodology of setting up operational protective belts around drainage systems and waterworks on agricultural land and forest land. The aforesaid protective belts shall be set up around public drainage systems and drainage waterworks of common use and access. Protective belts for drainage pipes shall be set up on both sides of drains at a distance of ten meters from the deepening of drain in the soil.
