This Decree provides for control measures as established by article 25 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers. It makes provision for an integrated administration and control system for purposes of the Regulation.
Enforcement Code (Act No. 705 of 2007).
This Act provides for procedures and conditions of enforcement of obligations or injunctions in private law including an obligation to transfer real estate or specific chattels to another and an obligation to transfer into the possession of another real estate, a building, accommodations, other premises or a part thereof or an obligation to move there from. The Act, among other things, defines jurisdiction of court in matters affecting real estate and provides for the legal confirmation of the possession of real estate.
Government Decree on the Acquisition, Possession and Management of State Real Estate Assets (No. 1070 of 2002).
This Decree provides for: a) the acquisition of real estate assets for State use; b) the lease of real estate assets for use by specified state agencies; c) possession and transfer of possession of State real estate assets; d) management and use of State real estate assets; e) registration of State real estate assets; and f) lease of State real estate assets to other State agencies and institutions and third parties.

Act on the Right to Transfer State Real Estate Assets (No. 973 of 2002).
This Act provides for the transfer of State real estate assets (including land and water areas), the leasing out of State land assets and the grant of special rights. It applies to State agencies and institutions and the enterprises referred to in the State Enterprise Act (627/1987) and to some other public institutions. The Act, among other things, sets out the terms on which state real assets may be transferred or leased out.
Government Decree on the Assessment of Soil Contamination and Remediation Needs (No. 214 of 2007).
This Decree lays down the provisions for the assessment of soil contamination and the need for remediation measures. It shall not apply to sediment contamination. The assessment shall concern hazard or harm to health or the environment represented by the harmful substances in the soil. The Decree sets out sets out matters that shall be taken into account in the assessment. The assessment of harmful substances shall be based on standardized methods or methods corresponding to standardized ones with respect to their reliability.
