The President, for the purpose of regulating the purchase by natural and legal persons of the plots of land under immovable property in the rural areas, decrees as follows: 1) Natural and legal persons that own edifices, constructions or other immovable property in the rural settlements and those situated on agricultural land have the right enter in possession of the plots of land on which the aforesaid immovable property is situated either for pay or free of charge. 2) To recommend bodies of the local self-government to concede on condition of ownership: the plots of land under immovable property to the natural persons who have left production agricultural cooperative or other agricultural commercial enterprises and who have received immovable property as their property shares and the legal persons constituted by the aforesaid natural persons free of charge; to other natural and legal persons charging the normative price of land.
