This Act makes provision for the administration of the small estates of deceased persons. The Act defines jurisdiction of specified magistrates to grant probate or letters of administration in respect of small estates of deceased persons and provides, among other things, for application for the grant of probate or letters of administration, revoking of probate or letters of administration and appeals against decisions of a magistrate’s court.
