Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Denmark)

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark (Danish: Udenrigsministeriet) and its overseas representations (i.e. the Danish embassies, diplomatic missions, consulates and trade offices) are in charge of the Kingdom's (The unity of the Realm: Denmark (proper), Greenland, Faroe Islands) foreign policy and relations. Among these tasks are policy towards the Arctic Council, European Union, Nordic Council, development aid, trade policy and legal affairs in relation to the outside world.

Order No. 703 on the appointment of land inspectors, notification duty for temporary service provisions, and on land inspectors’ information disclosure notification.

The Order applies to the application for appointing survey and cadaster land inspectors. These requests shall be submitted to the National Survey and Cadaster authorities in order to obtain professional international authorization of duty qualification. Provisions of the Order shall also apply to the application for the appointment of candidates originating from other EU countries, or from countries with which an agreement has been established with regard to the regulation of the land inspector profession.

Order No. 314 on regulations of the Farms Act.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. When establishing a new farm, or purchasing additional land, a 10-year residence proof is required by the purchaser within 6 months from the date the Survey and Cadastre Authorities have registered the cadastral changes. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).

This Act establishes rules concerning the production, storage, purchase, sale or other transfer, distribution, promotion, import and export of all products intended for soil fertilizers. These products must comply with quality standards and not have detrimental effects on human, animal or plant health or the environment and shall not constitute a risk to public safety.It consists of 4 Chapters: Defining rules for fertilizer and soil conditioners (1); Administrative provisions (2); Penal Provisions (3); Entry into force (4).

The Act applies to stone, gravel, sand, clay, lime, chalk, peat, topsoil and similar elements. Exploitation of mineral deposits on land and sea must be part of a sustainable development plan which purpose is to ensure monitoring of mining areas after extraction, raw material supply, ensure that raw materials used are quality based and that raw materials shall be, where possible, replaced by waste products.
