This Act aims at preventing soil erosion and damages to public land caused by vehicular traffic. Under section 5, the Governor in Council may declare any public land to be an erosion hazard area, and the Act provides for the management of such areas.

Surveyors (Registration) Regulations 2003.
The objective of these Regulations, done under the Surveyors Act 1978, is to set out the procedures for registration and endorsement of registration of surveyors.

Heritage Act 1995.
The purposes of this Act are to provide for the protection and conservation of places and objects of cultural heritage significance and the registration of such places and objects; (b) to establish a Heritage Council; and (c) to establish a Victorian Heritage Register. It also provides for the establishment of a special fund for the management of heritage places and objects.
Heritage Rivers Act 1992.
The purpose of this Act is to make provision for Victorian heritage rivers by providing for the protection of public land in particular parts of rivers and river catchment areas in Victoria which have significant nature conservation, recreation, scenic or cultural heritage attributes and to make related amendments to other Acts.
Fences Act 1968.
This Act provides for the construction and maintenance of dividing fences and of vermin-proof fences in the territory of Victoria.
