This Decree establishes the modalities of public access to information detained by state institutions and local government at request of natural or legal persons and extracts from official documents. Director or head of state institution or local government shall be responsible for release of the requested information. Documents shall be released in one (single) copy. Persons concerned at their oral or written request shall be authorized to view the list of available information in common access.
Law “On openness of information”.
The scope of this Law shall be to ensure public access to information detained by state bodies, institutions and local government. It establishes the modalities of release of information upon request of natural and legal persons. This Law shall be applicable to documentation available at state bodies and institutions. Information shall be available to public access in cases if otherwise is not envisaged by acting legislation. It shall not be applicable to exchange of information between state bodies and institutions.
Decree No. 246 of the Cabinet of Ministers implementing Law on immovable property tax.
This Decree establishes that restrictions of economic activities in protected areas are envisaged in legislation on protected areas.

This Decree establishes that centres of mass recreational activity, athletic facilities and constructions and plots of land on which they are located shall be exonerated from the application of land taxes and levies.
Decree No. 309 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on public participation in the form of hearing related to construction projects.
This Decree establishes the modalities of access to right to public participation through public hearing to citizens related to construction projects. Public discussion shall be integral part of the process of projecting of construction which aim shall be to ensure openness of the information related to environment and of the functioning of local government. Competent state bodies shall render open and accessible information related to zoning of the territory projected for construction.
