For the purpose of the present Act “Flood Agreement” means the agreement concerning the flooding of land concluded between: a) Her Majesty in right of Canada, b) Her Majesty in right of Manitoba, c) the Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board, and d) the Northern Flood Committee, Inc.
This Decree amends the Unit Titles Act in section 2 by deleting subsection (4). Subsection (4) prohibits a proprietor of a unit to establish an easement over the unit without the consent of the proprietor of the unit estate or the mortgagee.
