The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Producer Association shall carry out state control in conformity with the Forest Code. This Decree states that the supervisory authorities shall carry out state control over the following activities: (i) use of forest fund and payments of forest fees, (ii) measures for soil conservation, water storage and hygiene requirements, (iii) use of forests in contrary to the purposes and methods of the Forest Code, (iv) application of new techniques, technologies and best practices for ecosystem preservation and biodiversity conservation, (v) state registration, state cadastre and forest monitoring, (vi) documents certifying land tenure and land measures in the registered documents of land allocation, (vii) growing networks of pipeline, transport routes and other lines, well drilling and other construction works in forest fund land, (viii) research, cultural, tourism, sport and hunting activities in forest fund land, (ix) stem-only harvesting, logging and timber extraction of enterprises, institutions, real and legal persons in the areas allocated to them, (x) logging areas, transport and procurement of wood and subsidiary forest reserve, (xi) illegal logging, (xii) afforestation and reforestation efforts in lakeside, riparian area, sandy place and arid land, (xiii) forest planting techniques and (xiv) forestry seeds, (xv) phytosanitary requirements for protecting forests from pests and diseases, and (xvi) measures for forest fire fighting and equipment.
