Official Letter No.2-11/531 of1995 of the Committee on land resources and land survey regarding the modalities of official registration of the map of the plots of land conceded on condition of ownership.

The Committee on land resources and land survey specifies that in the process official registration of the map of the plots of land in the upper left corner of the document is adduced the series of the respective Ownership certificate of a physical or juridical person to a given plot of land while the number of the same Ownership certificate is adduced in the line 8220;. The cadastre number of the plot of land is adduced over this line. Surname, first name of a physical person or the name of a juridical person, location of the plot of land (area, condominium, cooperative and so on), as well as predestination of the plot of land are reported in the blank after the wording 8221;. Other requirements as regards official registration of the map of a plot of land are regulated on the basis of 8221; validated by the Committee on the 15th of February 1994. The Annex contains a sample of the official registration of the plot of land.
