La presente Resolución regula la organización y el funcionamiento del primer nivel operativo de la Secretaría de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable de la Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros, de acuerdo al organigrama, las acciones y la dotación que se detallan en los Anexos I, II y III. Por otro lado, los Anexos IV y V regulan las acciones y organizacón de las coordinaciones de dicha Secretaría.

This Order establishes that economic activity on land within the boundaries of national parks without expropriation shall not contradict scope and basic objectives of national park. Land management regime shall take into consideration the interests of the population living on the territory of national park.

The aim of this Resolution is to lay down bases and foudations in order to regulate and arrnge the creation, development and rehabilition of urban communities outside the protection areas and administrative boundaries of cities and provinces. The present Regulation introduces some amendments to the Designation of Provincial Forests Regulation 226/88. In particular,it adds clause f to section 15 of the Schedule dealing with survey and mapping of parcels of lands.

This Resolution specifies limits for receipt of the rights to use land under annuals or perennials, land with production forests, land under aquaculture transferred to households or individuals for agricultural purposes.

This Order establishes that transfer of unforested land to forested land within state forest fund shall be carried out by public forest owner in accordance with the modalities set by this Governmental Order.
