This goal is achieved through: expropriation, if the area has already been assigned to a private owner; or by not assigning such lands to private owners.
Section 2 of the present Act establishes that the patents of lands included in the St. Peter’s Indian Reserve issued by His Majesty and the sales of such lands made on behalf of His Majesty in the said Reserve are hereby confirmed and made good. The text consists of 3 sections.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of allotment free of charge of public land plots pertaining to the regional or municipal public land stock in ownership to some categories of citizens.
Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Minimum and maximum land areas related to plots of public and municipal agricultural land allotted for family farming shall be set as follows: (a) maximum – 15 ha; minimum – 0,5 ha”.
Article 3.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Determination of land area as land share with the consideration of the state and the soil properties of agricultural land in accordance with land survey documentation”.
This Regional Law regulates the procedure of registration of citizens with three and more dependent children that want to purchase in ownership free of charge plots of land pertaining to public or municipal property for housing construction.
