Forest Tenure

Minimum tariffs for allocation of standing timber are applicable to allocation of timber for the main use felling in the public forests of the Russian Federation. In the course of timber extraction for intermediate use the tariffs must be reduced in the following manner: in case of thinning out and selective sanitary felling to 50 percent, in case of other intermediate use to 30 percent.

La presente Resolución fija los costos de forestación, recuperación de suelos degradados, estabilización de dunas, poda y raleo, en pesos y por hectárea, y el establecimiento de cortinas cortavientos , en pesos y por kilómetro, para la temporada de forestación del año 2002.

These Regulations are enacted in order to regulate the activities and consolidate the achievements of restoring farmland to forest, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties restoring farmland to forest, to optimize the industrial structures of rural areas and to improve the environment.

These Rules provide for the institution and responsibilities of the related Authority in relation to: the registration of wells and the licence to drill wells; the construction of rain water harvesting structures; the registration of rigs; the prohibition of water contamination, for both surface and groundwater; land use and water quality; the forestation of urban areas, etc.

The purpose of the present Decree is to secure that the use of plant protection substances in forests is done in a professional manner and that interests of environment protection, public health, recreation, etc. are safeguarded. The municipal agricultural administration may draft a plan together with environmental specialists in specified areas.

The forest Regulation consists of 6 sections dealing with: (a) field of application (sect. 1); (b) table of symbols and abbreviations (sect. 2); (c) general provisions (sect. 3); (d) permanent establishment of hydrological forestaland reclamation areas (sect. 4); (e) carrying out ecological and land reclamation monitoring (sect. 5); (f) reporting of monitoring information (sect. 6).

La presente Resolución aprueba el Programa de Acción Nacional de Lucha contra la Desertificación y Mitigación de los efectos de la Sequía (PAN), en el marco de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas de lucha contra la desertificación en los países afectados por sequía grave o desertificación, en particular en África, aprobada el 26 de septiembre de 1996.

There is hereby established a Ngorongoro Pastoral Council. The Council shall carry out the functions as provided for by its act of constitution as set out in the Schedule.
