This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 17 articles and two Annexes, sets out the content and method of preparing the detailed plan to reduce flood risk, which includes the timetable for preparing the plan and its various content. The aim of preparing plan to reduce flood risks is to reduce harmful effects of floods on human health, environment, cultural heritage and economic activity in areas of significant impact of flooding and associated erosion.

By this Decree, the rules were approved regarding permit for process engineering and agricultural activities in lands affected by landslide, flood, erosion, wind erosion, land subsidence, abrasion and volcanic mud as well as in wetlands. This Decree states that the State Committee of Geology and Mineral Resources shall be the authorized body for assessment of exposure and monitoring of exogenous geological processes and shall take measures against them.

Le présent règlement grand-ducal modifie le règlement grand-ducal du 24 novembre 2000 concernant l’utilisation de fertilisants azotés dans l’agriculture. Notamment, on modifie, entre autres, l’article 8 établissant que les exploitants agricoles doivent disposer pour eux-mêmes ou s’assurer la disponibilité d’équipements appropriés servant au stockage des effluents d’élevage. Le texte comprend 2 articles.

This Decree sets forth that the Council of Ministers declares that Mara and Musalla area in Central district in Adıyaman, to be an area under risk of natural disasters, based on Article 2 of Law No. 6306 on restructuring of areas under risk of natural disasters, upon request of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.

This Decree sets forth that the Council of Ministers declares that Evkaf area in Fatsa district in Ordu, to be an area under risk of natural disasters, based on Article 2 of Law No. 6306 on restructuring of areas under risk of natural disasters, upon request of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.

This Regional Law establishes that in case of the outbreak of environmental and technological disasters the boundaries of the disaster area shall be established, delimited and mapped. Regional disaster monitoring system shall be instituted for timely control and forecasting disasters, and also for data collection and analysis of monitoring information. Regional executive bodies and specialized regional institution shall be responsible for planning preventive arrangements and mitigation of the consequences of natural and technological disasters.

The National Environment Policy (NEP) is a multi-sectoral instrument whose vision is to reach environmental sustainability for the Republic of Mauritius and to ensure a clean and healthy environment. The specific objectives to be attained in this field include the following: Conservation of Environmental Resources; integration of environmental concerns in economic and social development; development of environmental ethics in citizens. The policy recognizes the right of every person to a clean and healthy environment.

The National Livestock Policy is a sectoral national policy of the Republic of Somaliland. It applies to the period 2006–2016. Its main objective is to provide guidelines, coordination and regulation of the livestock sector in order to increase its efficiency in terms of production and productivity to improve the livelihoods of livestock producers and of the Somaliland economy, through focused use of resources.For attaining this main goal, the Government of Somaliland will improve and maintain the indigenous stock, maximise their production capacity in meat, milk, hides and skins.
