El presente Decreto reglamenta los Proyectos Integrales de Desarrollo Urbano (PIDU), que constituyen el conjunto de decisiones administrativas y de actuaciones urbanísticas, definidas de común acuerdo con las autoridades de planeación de los municipios y distritos, necesarias para la ejecución de operaciones urbanas integrales que garanticen la habilitación de suelo urbanizable para la ejecución de los proyectos de construcción de vivienda y reubicación de asentamientos humanos para atender la emergencia económica, social y ecológica nacional.

This Regulation regulates the activities of land reclamation, strengthens the administration of land reclamation and improves the social, economic and ecological benefits of land utilization.The Regulation provides for the formulation and contents of plans for the reclamation of land destroyed by production and construction activities, and makes provision for the reclamation of destroyed land left from history and land destroyed by natural disasters.The Regulation further provides for: applications for as-built inspections; incentive measures for land reclamation; legal liabilities; etc.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la vivienda y el subsidio de vivienda para la población desplazada, respecto a los criterios de calificación de las postulaciones y asignación de los subsidios de vivienda de interés social urbana.

Enmienda: Decreto Nº 951 - Reglamenta parcialmente la Ley Nº 387, sobre medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado. (2001-05-24)

La presente Ley amplía la vigencia del Régimen Extraordinario al Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI), exonera el pago de tasas u otros cobros y otorga facultades excepcionales en materia de formalización en las zonas afectadas por los sismos del 15 de agosto de 2007.

This Law aims to prevent and control water and soil loss, protect and reasonably utilize water and soil resources, reduce disasters of flood, drought and sandstorm, improve the ecological environment and guarantee sustainable economic and social development.The Law provides for the preparation of water and soil conservation plans made based on the results of water and soil loss investigation and delimitation of key prevention areas and key control areas.

This Law provides for the management of coastal areas and isles and in particular for their planning, utilization, conservation, disaster mitigation, coast reclamation, rehabilitation of coastal damage, rights and access of communities, settlement of conflicts and elaboration of related international conventions.The planning of coastal management is executed through integrated coastal management approach by integrating various development plans of various administration levels.

These Regulations lay down some amendments to regulations 5, 6 and 7 of the Assessment and Management of Flood Risks Regulations, which concern flood hazard maps and flood risk management plans.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Mapa de Vulnerabilidad Física del Perú a escala 1:250,000, Primera Versión 2011, que permite incorpora en los procesos de ordenamiento territorial el análisis de riesgo natural y antrópico, así como las medidas de adaptación al cambio climático, impulsando mecanismos para prevenir el asentamiento de poblaciones en zonas con alto potencial de riesgos ante peligros naturales o antrópicos.

This Act establishes the Council for the Living Environment and Infrastructure, which shall advise the Government and the two houses of parliament regarding sustainable development of infrastructure, spatial planning, the and the environment, and in particular on a wide variety of matters including, climate policy, water, agriculture, nature conservation and food quality. The Council shall also advise on hazardous substances and disaster prevention and management.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Emergency Relief Guarantee Fund Act, which establishes an Emergency Relief Fund and grants powers to the Minister to guarantee loans extended by approved lenders. The Regulations concern, among other things: the application for a guaranteed loan; agreement by borrower with the approved lender in the form ERG-4 specified in the Schedule in case a borrower does not possess documentary title of property securing an already approved loan; other matters regarding the securing of loans; and repayment of loans.

La présente loi a pour buts d’exécuter la législation forestière fédérale, de désigner les autorités d’application et de fixer leurs compétences. Elle vise également: a) à favoriser une gestion optimale des forêts; b) à promouvoir l’utilisation du bois d’origine indigène; c) à assurer un traitement sylvicole adapté aux conditions naturelles et aux fonctions de la forêt.

Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi du 2 mars 1999 sur les forêts et la protection contre les catastrophes naturelles. Le texte comprend 92 articles répartis en 9 chapitres comme suit: Dispositions générales (1er); Protection des forêts contre les atteintes de l’homme (2); Protection contre les catastrophes naturelles (3); Entretien et exploitation des forêts (4); Formation professionnelle, vulgarisation et information (5); Mesures d’encouragement (6); Forêts domaniales (7); Dispositions pénales (8); Dispositions finales (9).
