A Proclamation to provide for the utilization of urban land. Urban land is defined as all land within the boundaries of a town (sect. 2). The Proclamation shall not apply to land previously utilized for the construction of dwellings (sect. 3). Section 4 provides for applications of persons who desire to hold urban land in lease. Such applications shall be submitted to the town administration.

Le présent décret fixe les règles d'utilisation du sol et de la construction. Il organise les actes administratifs relatifs à l'utilisation du sol et à la construction suivants: le Certificat d’Urbanisme; l'Autorisation de Lotir; le Permis d’Implanter; le Permis de Construire; le Permis de démolir; et le Certificat de Conformité. Des arrêtés du Ministre chargé de l'urbanisme préciseront ces différents actes.

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto establecer el régimen urbanístico de la propiedad del suelo y regular la actividad administrativa en materia de urbanismo.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land-use planning schemes shall be elaborated in accordance with the requirements set forth by Urban Construction Code of the Russian Federation and with the consideration of the requirements of regional land-use planning”.

This Act vests all land comprised in the territory of each State in the Federation in the Governor of that State and requires that such land shall be held in trust and administered for the use and common benefit of all Nigerians in accordance with the provisions of this Act. In each State a Land Use and Allocation Committee shall be established. Such committee shall be responsible for advising the Governor on land management and resettlement issues. The Governor may declare urban areas and land controlled by the military shall be administered separately.

La presente Resolución modifica la Norma para determinar los valores unitarios oficiales de terrenos urbanos a nivel nacional, en relación a los procedimientos para calcular los valores unitarios oficiales.

El presente Decreto adopta medidas para garantizar la existencia de suelo urbanizable para los proyectos de construcción de vivienda y reubicación de asentamientos humanos para atender la situación de desastre nacional y de emergencia económica, social y ecológica nacional.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Norma para determinar los valores unitarios oficiales de terrenos urbanos a nivel nacional, que actualiza los criterios para determinar los referidos valores unitarios.

Le présent décret détermine les évaluations des incidences des documents d’urbanisme sur l’environnement. En effet, les documents d’urbanisme doivent, en raison de leurs incidences sur l’environnement, faire l’objet d’une évaluation environnementale soit de manière systématique, soit après un examen au cas par cas par l’autorité administrative de l’Etat désignée à cet effet.

This Regulation aims at strengthening the administration on urban and rural planning, arranging the urban and rural spatial distribution in an overall manner, improving the living environment, and promoting an overall, coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural economy and society.The Regulations provides for the procedures of, and requirements for formulation, approval, amendment and implementation of urban and rural planning.

El presente Decreto Ley tiene por objeto regular el Régimen Prestacional de Vivienda y Hábitat, desarrollando las bases, mecanismos, órganos y entes necesarios para garantizar el derecho a una vivienda y hábitat dignos, de conformidad con lo establecido en la legislación que regula el Sistema de Seguridad Social.
