This Act declares all the lands within 100 metres limit of the 1967 shoreline of Nigeria and any other land reclaimed from any lagoon, sea or ocean in or bordering Nigeria or of oceans bordering the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to the exclusion of any right accruing to any body corporate or unincorporate or industry, to vest in the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The Integrated Financing Strategy (IFS) is a national wide document, developed by the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, supported by the Global Mechanism (GM) of the UNCCD, to implement Jordan’s commitments towards UNCCD. The IFS aims at providing a comprehensive and coordinated approach to financing and project implementation that would combat desertification and promote SLM, and in doing so to provide a more stable climate for investment and financing in this area for Jordan.

El Plan de Acción Nacional de Lucha contra la Desertificación y la Sequía en Colombia es un instrumento de alcance nacional cuyo objetivo general es adelantar acciones contra la degradación de tierras, desertificación y mitigación de los efectos de la sequía, así como para el manejo sostenible de los ecosistemas de las zonas secas, a partir de la aplicación de medidas prácticas que permitan prevenir, detener y revertir dichos procesos degradativos y contribuir al desarrollo sostenible de las zonas afectadas.

This Law, consisting of 22 articles, provides for agricultural soil preservation within the State of Paraná. The agricultural land is a National Patrimony and, consequently, it is under the responsibility of the State, the rightful owners, the temporary occupants and the community to preserve it, exercising in it the right of ownership or temporary possession with the limitations established in this agricultural land code of use. The use of agricultural land will only be allowed through land use planning, according to its capacity through the use of appropriate technology.

The Integrated Financing Strategy is a guiding framework for locating and developing a mix of financial resources to fund programs and projects related to combating desertification and sustainable land management. These resources can be either (i) available (resources that have been located and are awaiting activation, such as donor funds set aside for a specific priority) or (ii) created (generated by means of specific action steps, such as through a change in legislation or a political lobby).

This Article of the Agriculture and Markets Law of New York provides for sale of agricultural liming materials. "Agricultural liming material" is defined as all materials and all calcium and magnesium products in the oxide, hydrate, carbonate or silicate form or combinations thereof and intended for use in the correction of soil acidity, including such forms of material designated as burned lime, hydrated lime, carbonate of lime, agricultural limestone, slag and marl.
