La presente Ley establece que el ordenamiento territorial constituye una política de Estado que, incorporándolo a la planificación nacional, promueve la gestión integral, estratégica y eficiente de todos los recursos de la nación. Se crea el Consejo Nacional de Ordenamiento Territorial (CONOT) con la finalidad e proponer, concertar y dar seguimiento a las políticas y planes en materia de ordenamiento territorial.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités de la tenue du registre des droits réels grevant les constructions, ouvrages et équipement fixes édifiés sur le domaine public des ports de pêches.

The Land Register Act provides for the procedure for maintenance of land registers. Land registers shall be maintained in written proceedings unless otherwise provided by this Act. Land registry departments of county and city courts shall maintain land registers. A land registry department shall maintain the land register concerning registered immovables located in the land registry jurisdiction of that land registry department. A land registry jurisdiction is the jurisdiction of the corresponding county or city court. Exceptions may be made by a regulation of the Minister of Justice.

Le présent décret porte réglementation relative à l'enregistrement et à la conservation foncière; aux droits, fixes ou proportionnels, relatifs; à la transcription des droits immobiliers et à l'hypothèque.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d'application des dispositions de l'article 55 du Code des ports maritimes de commerce et notamment les conditions d'occupation temporaire du domaine public des ports maritimes de commerce. Une autorisation d'occupation temporaire doit être délivrée par le président -directeur général de l'office de la marine amrchande et des ports sur proposition du directeur du port concerné.

The Act makes provision for various matters relating to customary land, private land and public land and powers of the Minister in respect of such land.The Act consists of 44 sections divided into 8 Parts: Preliminary (I); general (II); Private Land (III); Private land (IV); Customary land (V); User of land (VI); Trespass or encroachment upon, or unlawful occupation of, land (VII); Miscellaneous (VIII).A Corporation may hold land only with a license from the Minister (sect. 3). The Minister may dispose of public and customary land in accordance with section 5.

Le présent décret porte attributions et organisation de la direction générale du cadastre et de la topographie, organe technique qui assiste le ministre dans l'exercice de ses attributions en ces domaines.

“Customary land”, “private land” and “public land” shall bear the same meaning in this Act as in the Land Act. The Minister may apply the provisions of this Act to areas in which, according to the Minister, ascertainment of interests in customary land or the agricultural development of such land require the application of provisions of this Act.

Mayor, for the purpose of keeping state land cadastre of the city of Moscow, orders to validate the structure of cadastre number of the plot of land in accordance with the Annex 1., to validate the draft of boundaries and numeration of cadastre districts in accordance with the Annex 2 (to be used as model), to validate for the purpose of state registration of the ownership rights to immovable property in the city of Moscow the structure of cadastre numbers of the objects of immovable property in the city of Moscow in accordance with the Annex 2 .

The Parliament decrees to set up State department of land management. The main function of the Department is state control over the purposeful use and protection of land, keeping state land cadastre and land registration and protection of soil.

The Act provides for the establishment in Malta of the Land Registry for the purposes of registration of title to land. The Act consists of sixty sections divided into the following ten Parts: (I) Preliminary; (II) Administrative provisions; (III) Registration of land; (IV) Dealings with registered land; (V) Cautions; (VA) Cautionary charges; (VI) Land and charge certificates; (VII) General provisions concerning registration; (VIII) Rectification of Register and indemnity; (IX) Miscellaneous provisions; (X) Rules and fees orders.
