La presente Ley tiene como objetivo general promover y garantizar los derechos económicos, sociales, políticos y culturales de las mujeres rurales, para alcanzar su empoderamiento y desarrollo. Se entiende por mujer rural a la mujer cuyos medios de vida e ingresos están directa o indirectamente relacionados con la agricultura, la ganadería, artesanía u otra actividad productiva que se desarrolle en el ámbito rural y que se encuentre en situación de vulnerabilidad social, económica y cultural.

This Regional Law establishes that maximum land plot area of agricultural land allotted for farming shall not exceed 30 ha, while minimum land plot area allotted for farming shall vary from 0,25 ha to 2,7 ha depending upon availability of agricultural land and decision by local self-government.

This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of allotment of plots of land in ownership to citizens free of charge for gardening, horticulture, subsistence farming, family farming and commercial farming, to citizens with three children under age, citizens with disabled children and specialists in agricultural professions with university degree under age of 35 years working in rural areas. It establishes also minimum and maximum agricultural land area of plots of land that can be allotted in ownership free of charge.

This Regional Law establishes that public or municipal land plot can be allotted free of charge on condition of tenancy for maximum period of six year for residential housing construction or family farming to certain categories of agricultural specialists (list of professions included).

El presente Acuerdo fija el tamaño máximo de las unidades agrícolas familiares (UAF) promedio por región, determinadas en los proyectos productivos y cuya extensión permita con su proyecto productivo y tecnología adecuada generar como mínimo dos salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, permitiendo a la familia remunerar su trabajo y disponer de un excedente capitalizable que coadyuve a la formación de su patrimonio.

Ley Nº 8/1992 - Modernización y mejora de las estructuras de las tierras de regadío.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto mejorar la estructura de las explotaciones agrarias de regadío en Extremadura, mediante el establecimiento de instrumentos jurídicos que permitan incrementar las dimensiones de aquellas explotaciones sin una base territorial suficiente, e impedir las divisiones de la propiedad que producirían nuevas parcelas de superficie menor al umbral de rentabilidad. La Ley establece un Registro de Explotaciones Agrarias de Regadío que deberá identificar y recoger todos los datos referentes a dichas explotaciones.

This Regional Law regulates the allotment, free of charge, of public land plots with delimited ownership and pertaining to the regional or municipal public land stock in ownership to some categories of citizens. The following categories of citizens shall have the right of allotment free of charge of public land in ownership: (a) multi-child families with three or more children; (b) single-parent families with dependent children of minority age with three or more children; and (c) single-parent family with three or more children of minority age, including adopted children.

This Regional Law establishes minimum and maximum dimensions of public and municipal land that can be transferred in ownership to citizens farming, gardening, horticulture, stockbreeding and suburban housing construction related to gardening, horticulture and subsidiary smallholding.

Regional Law No. 39-ZAO “On regulation of land relations”.

This Regional Law regulates relations dealing with land tenure, protection and conservation of land, establishing plenary powers of regional state bodies in this sphere and, in particular the issues related to land tenure and ownership. It establishes minimum (0, 5 ha) and maximum (15 ha) public and municipal land areas for plots of land allotted for family farming. Single natural or legal persons cannot have in ownership more than 10 percent of the whole available agricultural land area on the regional territory.
