This Order, made by the Minister under section 5 of the Property Tax Act, 2006, specifies the property taxes to be charged and levied on real property including agricultural land, residential land and land classified as other property.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la establece un régimen de medidas urgentes en materia de ordenación del territorio y urbanismo más flexible y ágil, en el que, sin renunciar a los trámites necesarios para garantizar la corrección jurídica de la decisión que se adopte, se facilite la instrucción de procedimientos urgentes en materia de protección del paisaje, que han de concluir en un plazo breve.
La presente Ley tiene por objeto reformar el Régimen Transitorio en materia de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo, con la finalidad de adoptar las medidas que se estiman adecuadas para permitir la adaptación a las actuales circunstancias de los instrumentos de planeamiento urbanístico.

The present Regulation enforces the Planning Act. The Regulation reflects the provincial government’s interest in land and resource use and sustainable development, and provides policy direction for a comprehensive, integrated and coordinated approach to land use planning. The Regulations serves as a guide to planning authorities in preparing, reviewing and amending development plans and regional strategies. In particular, the text lays down provisions relating to provincial land use policies, development plan requirements and livestock operations requirements.
This Legislative Decree amends Legislative Decree No. 1/2006. Amendments deal with the classification of lands and the bases for land use planning under the national territory.

This Act makes provision with respect to the promotion of prudent, effective and efficient management in Executive Agencies and the provision of appropriate mechanisms for proper management, accountability and transparency in the operations of Executive Agency. Executive agencies are public bodies designated by the Minister. Bodies designated as Executive Agencies include: the Management Institute for National Development; the National Environment and Planning Agency; and the National Land Agency.
