This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of keeping the state register of protected areas. The state register shall contain the following data: (a) governmental decision on setting up protected area; (b) descriptor of protected area; (c) naturalistic and scientific substantiation of setting up and expansion of protected area; (d) positive conclusion of the state environmental audit; (e) land, water, forest resources and wildlife species; and (f) protected species and protected sites.

La presente Resolución adopta la Guía de buenas prácticas ambientales para la construcción y ensanche de carreteras y la rehabilitación de caminos rurales, para la implementación de las acciones de prevención, corrección, mitigación y compensación que puedan ejecutarse en estas actividades, a fin de promover la protección y prevenir daños en los factores ambientales.

These Rules and Regulations establish procedural guidelines and standards regarding the development of wetland areas as defined as such in Executive Order No. 78-21.

These Regulations were adopted to fulfill the obligations laid down in European Community Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register. These provisions establish reporting templates and timeframes for reporting, pursuant to article 7(1) of that Regulation. Rules on penalties applicable in case of infringement are also established.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer las atribuciones, los procedimientos y los mecanismos del monitoreo socio-ambiental relativos a todas las actividades hidrocarburíferas que tengan influencia en los territorios de los pueblos indígenas originarios y comunidades campesinas. This Provisional Regulation establishes the modalities of calculation of calculation of economic damage caused by soil pollution, land degradation and land disturbance and also the modalities of collection and use of compensation fees. It consists of five Sections dealing with: (1) sphere of application; (2) terms and definitions; (3) general provisions; (4) calculation formula; and (5) collection and use of compensation fees. Economic damage shall be considered the expenditure for soil rehabilitation and recultivation of land.

The Office for Consumer Protection, Agriculture and Land Consolidation is in the Land Berlin, inter alia, responsible for the promotion of the integrated agricultural development, water resources and technical measures. Moreover, it is responsible for the implementation of land consolidation measures, as well as measures relating to ecological agriculture and the marking of agricultural products and feedstuff resulting thereof. The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the distribution of competencies among the various bodies dealing with waste and soil protections issues. The Annex lays down in details authorities competent for specific administrative services renders, such as, for example, finding adequate places to stock waste, authorizing the building and functioning of such a deposit, transfer of waste management and waste disposal to third parties. En el marco de la política pública de fomento del desarrollo sustentable y de la conservación de los terrenos de alto valor ecológico, la presente Ley crea el Fondo para la Adquisición y Conservación de Terrenos de Puerto Rico. El Fondo será administrado del Departamento de Recursos Naturales y sus recursos se destinarán a la compra de terrenos de elevado valor ecológico, que permitan la protección de los recursos de agua, aire y tierra.

This Act concerns: (a) the imposition of taxes on land including improvements and all estates, interests, easements and rights pertaining to land; and (b) the valuation of real property for purposes of taxation.The Act assigns the function of administration of provisions of this Act to the Commissioner of Inland Revenue and provides for the appointment of a Chief Valuation Officer and Valuation Officers. For purposes of this Act, property shall be classified as: "agricultural”, ”residential” or “other property”.

These Regulations amend in relation to England, the Organic Products Regulations 2004 and the Environmental Stewardship (England) Regulations 2005 so as to update definitions of "the Council Regulation" to refer to the latest amending instrument, namely Commission Regulation (EC) No. 780/2006. They also amend references to the Compendium of UK Organic Standards.
