Maribeth Jadina is a researcher specializing in land research, communication, and development studies. She worked at the University of the Philippines Diliman as a University Researcher III. Maribeth completed her bachelor’s degree in development communication at the Visayas State University and subsequently pursued a career in public relations. She earned her master’s degree in development communication at the University of the Philippines Los Baños and her doctoral degree at Lincoln University, New Zealand. She is interested in understanding the intricate relationship between land, people, and community.
