This Act amends the National Land Code Act, 1965.Amendments include: insertion of new definitions in section 5; minor word changes and minor changes in the provisions in sections 5b, 14, 62, 80, 81, 92d, 124, 136, 140, 141, 141a, 142, 147, 204g, 254, 264a, 375, 399, 412, 426, 429a and 429b; insertion of a new Part One (C) on modifications to facilitate the implementation of the electronic land administration system; insertion of a new section 143a on powers of the State Authority in relation to applications for the partition of land subject to the agriculture category; and minor changes to
Licensed Land Surveyors Regulations, 2011.
These Regulations prescribe forms of application for obtaining land surveyors' licences and regulate the practice and conduct of licensed land surveyors.The Regulations further regulate the disciplinary proceedings of the Land Surveyors Board and prescribe fees for registration, annual licences, examinations and other purposes under the Licensed Land Surveyors Act.

Land Acquisition (Amendment) Rules, 2000.
The Second Schedule of the Land Acquisition Rules 1998 is amended by inserting a new sentence in item 1 and by inserting after item 1 a new item on land acquisition fees.

National Land Code (Underground Land) (Minimum Depth) Regulations, 2006.
These Regulations specify the depth up to which the underground land directly and immediately below the alienated land may be used, and different depths may be specified in respect of different parts of such underground land.
