Measures for the Administration of Subsidy Funds of the Central Treasury for the Confirmation, Registration and Issuance of Certificates on the Right to the Contracted Management of Rural Land.

These Measures are developed in accordance with the Budget Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations and the relevant provisions, aiming at strengthening the administration of subsidy funds of the central treasury for the confirmation, registration and issuance of certificates on the right to the contracted management of rural and enhancing the fund use efficiency. The Text consists of 22 Articles. The subsidy funds for right confirmation and certificate issuance are the special funds for transfer payment arranged by the public budget of the central treasury which are subsidies for the relevant expenses on the confirmation, registration and issuance of certificates on the right to the contracted management of rural land in local areas. In the work on the confirmation, registration and issuance of certificates on the right to the contracted management of rural land, the results and data in the second national land investigation conducted by the Ministry of Land and Resources shall be fully utilized, so as to realize the sharing of resources, avoid repetitive measurement, surveying and mapping, and reduce work cost.
