Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Sanitary protection regime in healthcare and recreational areas and spas shall be performed in the first belt by managers, in the second and the third belts by managers, land tenants, land owners, lessees and residents”.

This Act applies sections 5 and 6 (on grant of leases and licences by the President and the making of regulations by the Minister) to land vested in the President pursuant top specified legislation and concerns the Declaration made by the President under section 4 and claims under subsection (1) of section 8 of the State Property and Contracts Act, 1960.

This Act converts ultra-long leases (i.e. leases that were let for over 175 years and that have over 100 years left to run from the appointed day) into ownership. Certain leasehold conditions to real burdens. The Act also covers compensation for loss of landlord’s rights and provides exemption from conversion and continuing leases. The conversion of qualifying leases to ownership is automatic, unless the tenant chooses to opt. The Act extinguishes all rights and obligations arising from the qualifying lease and any superior lease.

This Act provides for the preservation of ancient and historical monuments and archaeological sites and remains.The Government will have the power to declare monuments to be protected monuments and to declare archaeological sites and remains to be protected areas. The Director may, with the sanction of the Government, purchase, take lease or assume the guardianship of any protected monument, for its protection or preservation. The Government may also enter into a written agreement with the owner of any protected monument for its maintenance and preservation.

The purposes of this Act, consisting of 12 Parts, are as follows: (a) to provide land rights for Aboriginal persons in New South Wales, (b) to provide for representative Aboriginal Land Councils in New South Wales, (c) to vest land in those Councils, (d) to provide for the acquisition of land, and the management of land and other assets and investments, by or for those Councils and the allocation of funds to and by those Councils, (e) to provide for the provision of community benefit schemes by or on behalf of those Councils.

Order No. 293 of the Ministry of Economic Development validating the Regulation on land lease contracts within functional areas of national parks.

This Order establishes that granting on lease of the plots of land located within functional areas of national parks for recreational use shall be carried out in accordance with the Federal legislation on land and protected areas. Object of lease can be the following functional areas of national parks: (a) areas of tourism and education; (b) recreational areas; and (c) tourist service areas. Lease contract shall be approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology.

These Regulations of the Minister of Lands and Rural Resettlement made under section 39, as read with section 7(a), of the Agricultural Land Settlement Act, concern the conditions and procedures for the issuing of Agricultural Land Settlement Permit. Every permit is issued subject to the terms and conditions specified in these Regulations. The Regulations also set out the rights and obligations of permit holders.
