El presente Reglamento Operativo establece los procedimientos que deben cumplir los grupos familiares participantes del Programa Techo Propio, para el acceso al Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) en las modalidades de aplicación de construcción en sitio propio y mejoramiento de vivienda en el ámbito urbano.

La presente Ley modifica la que crea el Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH), en relación a la cualidad de inembargable del BFH y establece un plazo para el uso enajenatorio de las viviendas.

La presente Ley crea el Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) como parte de la política sectorial del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, que se otorga por una sola vez a los beneficiarios, con criterio de utilidad pública, sin cargo de restitución por parte de éstos, y que constituye un incentivo y complemento de su ahorro, y de su esfuerzo constructor.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento del Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH), que establece las normas de carácter general a las que deben ceñirse los participantes en el Programa Techo Propio para el acceso al Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) en sus diversas modalidades de aplicación por parte del grupo familiar.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la metodología para la focalización, identificación y selección de los hogares potencialmente beneficiarios del subsidio familiar de vivienda 100 ciento en especie (SFVE), así como los criterios para la asignación y legalización del referido subsidio en el marco del Programa de vivienda gratuita, en relación a los procedimientos para la identificación y selección de los hogares beneficiarios del SFVE.

The Act gives guidelines on land development taxation, which is exempt if the property is developed in connection with a sale. This Act imposes cadastre tax applicable to owners of properties in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality whereby its subdivision and land registry is equivalent to a taxation of 5 000 DKK for each property developed. Taxation under this Act shall be paid, although it is provided for remission of duty to public in other legislations.

The purpose of this Regulation is to preserve the scenic value of outdoor recreational terrains in areas rich with wildlife within Oslo. The boundaries of the outdoor area is shown in map at a scale of 1:12 500 of September 2013. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest. Administrative authorities may grant permission to create paths and trails, ensure sport activities do not conflict with conservation objectives, forest management initiatives in certain sub-areas should develop a more friendly forest area in line with conservation objectives.

This area's topography includes large proportion of old forest without recent forestry interventions, of both pine and spruce, including small ponds, marshes and streams. The outdoor recreational area covers ​​805 acres, with boundaries in scale 1:10 000 and marked in the forest. The following safety rules shall apply to the area: vegetation is protected from damage and destruction. Planting or seeding of trees and other vegetation is prohibited.

The purpose of this Regulation aims at conservation the quality of outdoor recreational areas without interfering their topography, the presence of swamps, lakes, streams, and hills. The area offers a large proportion of old forest without recent forest interventions. The area also consists of larger cultural heritage and a diverse wildlife. The outdoor recreational area covers a total area of ​​3 674 acres. The boundaries are shown in a map at a scale of 1:15 000. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that transfer of forestland to land of other categories for purposes not related to forestry shall be authorized exclusively in the presence of positive conclusions of state environmental audit. Authorization for transfer shall be issued in the following cases: (a) impossibility of land tenure in accordance with previously established purposeful use of land; (b) modification of the boundaries of inhabited (urban) areas; and (c) classification of land as protected area.
