Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement flamand règle l'arrêt volontaire, complet et définitif de la production de tous les effluents d'élevage provenant de volaille. L’article 2 établit que dans les limites des crédits budgétaires approuvés à cet effet, il est alloué une indemnité d'arrêt aux éleveurs de volaille qui cessent l'exploitation de la production de tous effluents d'élevage provenant de volaille sur un élevage existant, conformément aux conditions et modalités visées par le décret d'arrêt.

In implementation of article 50, paragraph 1-bis of Regional Act No. 16 of 2002, this Decree determines those waterworks and installations which may be realized by way of derogation from the prohibition laid down in the Regional Act above-mentioned. In fact, article 50, paragraph 1 of the Act prohibits the realization of waste disposal installations within 150 metres from the banks.

The purpose of this Directive is to provide for measures, procedures and guidance in order to prevent or reduce negative effects on the environment (particularly the pollution of surface water, groundwater, soil and air) and of the global environment (including the greenhouse effect) as well as any other risk to human health that might result from landfilling of waste. For the purposes of this Directive, “waste” shall mean any substance or object which is covered by Directive 75/442/EEC.

This Legislative Decree aims at achieving the objectives of article 2 of Legislative Decree No. 22 of 5 February 1997. To this end, it establishes technical requirements applicable to landfills of waste, procedures and guidance with a view to preventing and reducing negative effects on the environment and on the global environment (including greenhouse effect) as well as those risks to human health that might result from landfilling of waste. Particular attention is paid to the prevention of the pollution of surface water, groundwater, air and soil.

This Order designates Council Directive 99/31/EC on the landfill of waste as a relevant directive for the purposes of paragraph 20(2)(c) of Schedule 1 to the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999. According to section 2 of the Act, the Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for any of the purposes listed in Part I of Schedule 1. Schedule 1 to the Act specifies particular purposes for which provision regulating polluting activities may be made under section 2 of the Act.

This Law shall determine types and organizational forms of enterprises, rules of their foundation, registration, re-organization and liquidation, and organizational mechanism to conduct their business under conditions of transition to the market economy. Natural resources shall be possessed and used on a paid basis by enterprises pursuant to the prescribed procedures and when envisaged by Ukrainian legislative acts – on privileged terms. Owners of land and land users shall annually pay fees for land in the form of a land tax or lease payment.

This Act constitutes the legislative framework in matter of environmental protection within the State of Sabah. Part II of the Act is devoted to the setting up of the Environment Protection Council whose functions shall be to advise the State Government on matters relevant to the implementation of these provisions. On the other side, Part IV of the Act provides for the establishment of the Environment Protection Fund. Further provisions as regards public servants and administration competent in the environmental field are laid down in Part V.

These Regulations set out a pollution control regime for landfills for the purpose of implementing Council Directive 99/31/EC on the landfill of waste in Scotland. Part I of the Regulations sets out the preliminary provisions. Regulation 3 sets out the scope of the Regulations. Regulation 5 requires planning authorities to take the location requirements of these Regulations into consideration when granting planning permission. Regulation 6 sets out the requirements for landfill sites which will be exempt from the provisions of these regulations set out in Schedule 1.

Regional Act No. 17 making provision on environmental restoration and disposal of asbestos.

In implementation of Act No. 257 of 1992, the present Regional Act lays down provisions intended to ensure the protection of public health against pollution caused by asbestos. The Act establishes preventive measures to be applied when decontamination interventions are carried out. Article 3 regards the Regional Plan on Asbestos to be adopted by the Lombardia Region. Further, article 5 concerns the registers and the information to be kept by each competent local health authority as regards those sites where asbestos exists.
